Bible Study for April 5-12

Psalm 37:3-9

Trust in the Lord and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy the safe pleasure.
Delight yourself in the Lord
and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Commit your way to the Lord;
trust in him and he will do this:
He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,
the justice of your cause lke the noonday sun.

Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him;
do not fret when men succeed in their ways,
when they carry out their wicked schemes.

Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;
do not fret - it leads only to evil.
For evil men will be cut off,
but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land.

Application:

1) In what areas in your life do you need to trust God today, cause you haven't in the past?
2) Have you ever been in a situation where someone did something wrong and still succeeded?
3) How did that make you feel?
4) What does these verses say about worring about other people and what they do?
5)  In what ways can we be more patient in your life, and wait on God to make your paths straight?
6)  Have you ever been still before the Lord?
