FCA Board & Staff Retreat

GOD IS DOING GREAT THINGS THROUGH OUR FCA MINISTRY IN SOUTH CAROLINA AND GEORGIA. Athletes, coaches and students are coming to know Christ for the first time almost everyday . . . and we want to say “THANK YOU” for giving of your time, talents and resources to proclaim Christ through FCA. In order to show our appreciation, we would like to invite you and your spouse to our 9th Annual Board and Staff Retreat.

This invitation is for all local and state FCA board members and FCA staff in South Carolina and Georgia (including all spouses – no children). This will be a time of fun and fellowship with an eye toward the future of FCA. Coach Jerry Moore of Appalachian State and former Baltimore Colt great Raymond Berry will be among some of our many special guests for the weekend (more details later). Our housing will be in beautiful condos on the oceanfront or the Intracoastal Waterway at Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach, courtesy of Bucky and Vicki Drake and many wonderful condominium owners. Thursday, February 25 -- Early arrivals (playing golf or just want to come early)

Friday, February 26
10–12:00 -- Tee Times (if playing golf)
2-4:00 PM -- Court Times (if playing tennis)
7:00 PM -- Supper
8:00 PM -- Special guest speaker

Saturday, February 27
7:30 AM -- Breakfast on your own
8:30 AM -- Board Meeting
10:00 AM -- Spouse’s “Get-Together”
12:30 PM -- Lunch at Board Meeting Site (others join us)
1:30 -7:00 -- Free time (optional local board meetings) -- Supper on your own
7:20 PM -- Special Entertainment

Sunday, February 28
7:30 AM -- Breakfast on your own
9:00 AM -- Worship
10:00 AM -- On your own
