NAISMITH COLLECTOR'S EDITION HAND PAINTED SIGNED BASKETBALL
Dr. James Naismith invented the game of basketball and developed the game's original 13 rules.
This hand painted ball depicts Dr. Naismith holding a basketball with two peach baskets at his feet, commemorating the baskets he used in the original game. The ball is marked with Naismith's signature and a quote that reads, "I hope to leave the world a better place by me having been here."
