“To present to athletes and coaches, and all whom they influence, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church.” 

FCA has over 650 employees nationwide. Of these, over 550 serve in the field ministering to athletes and coaches in communities across America.

If you are interested in employment with FCA, complete and submit a Staff Interest Questionnaire. After submitting the Staff Interest Questionnaire, you will be contacted by an FCA representative within 30 days.  If there is hire potential, you will be asked to complete and submit an official FCA Employment Application.
